IBQ organized Suhoor gathering for their employees

International Bank of Qatar (IBQ) recently organized the annual Suhoor gathering for their employees.

This initiative is part of the social activities planned in the "Do Good Deeds in the month of Charity" campaign which the bank launched during the Holy Month of Ramadan.

Many employees with their families attended the Suhoor Gathering which was organized at La Cigale Ramadan Tent. The aim of this annual gathering is to strengthen the bond between employees and promote the spirit of team work and communication. It is also an opportunity to recognize the hard work of employees throughout the year especially those staff members who have volunteered their time to make the "Do Good Deeds in the month of Charity" campaign a success.

The number of employees at the bank has increased substantially over last year due to the rapidly expanding growth IBQ has witnessed recently. IBQ is a great supporter of the nationalization drive of the nation and the number of Qatari in its work force has also increased significantly.

"The increase in the number of our employees is a result of IBQ's expansion drive. We are very committed to the training and development of our employees, especially our Qatari staff members. These social gatherings outside working hours are important, as they help to improve ties amongst employees and foster a spirit of team work,"

said Muhannad Kamal, Deputy General Manager of IBQ.
