Ajman Marina prepares for Cityscape Dubai 2008

The organizing committee for the Cityscape Dubai exhibition, one of the most distinctive real estate exhibitions in the world, is preparing to launch the seventh edition of the exhibition at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center.

The exhibition is expected to attract hundreds of real estate companies and presents great opportunities for these companies to showcase their projects and make important deals that, according to experts, could add up to more than Dhs5 trillion's worth, with a growth rate that more than doulbled last year alone.

Abdullah Al Duheim, Deputy CEO of Ajman Marina, said:
"Real estate companies from all over the globe are preparing to participate in Cityscape Dubai 2008. The wide expansion of the exhibition area itself and the growing number of participants each year show just how important the exhibition is. In fact, some companies have transferred this experience back to their home countries in a bid to replicate the success Dubai has achieved as a regional leader in real estate."


Al Duheim added, "We will showcase our leading project, Ajman Marina, which is currently under development on the coast of Ajman. We have made all the necessary preparations. Ajman Marina will also offer information services concerning the nature of the project and investments, and a team of able staff will be on hand at the exhibition to attend to any enquiries on the project. We will also be distributing comprehensive printed information on the project."

Ajman Marina is the crown jewel among the emirate's real estate developments. Spanning an area of 25 hectares, the project will be developed in 2 phases over the next five years, with an investment value of $3bn. Upon completion, the project will offer 21 thousand residential units in addition to various facilities and amenities, covering an area of 3 million square feet, while built-up area amounts to 14 million square feet.

Ajman Marina, with its prime location on the Ajman coastline, complements the emirate's rich reputation, status, openness and modern vision. The project is in harmony with the beauty of its location, and with the giant steps the emirate has taken concerning the development of its infrastructure, roads, communications, marinas and free zones.
