- PRESS RELEASE
Al Mousa Medical Centre, one of Dubai's longest established medical facilities, is undergoing extensive renovation of their Jumeirah premises to combine state-of-the-art equipment with comfortably appointed consulting and treatment rooms.
For 35 years, the building on Al Wasl Road in Jumeirah has housed a selection of top caliber health care professionals who have helped Al Mousa gain a formidable reputation amongst its local and expatriate patients. Now, following five months of renovation, the medical centre will offer its patients an enhanced level of know-how, having evolved into a state-of-the-art health care facility. Equipped with twelve consulting rooms, a bright, welcoming reception area, and ample parking space, the new facility is now spacious enough to house the medical practices of sixteen physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
"I am delighted with the progress made on the building so far," said Dr. Mazen. "It is a prime location with state-of-the-art medical equipment and dedicated healthcare professionals." As part of the plans to transform the centre, a number of high-tech features will be installed in the building in the next few weeks, which will ensure the highest level of care. Among the new facilities at the Centre will be the latest Radiology laser facility, Allergy tests, Audiometry and Acoustic imaging.
Dr. Mazen joined Al Mousa Medical Centre earlier this year and has been instrumental in helping plan the advanced level of facilities as well as recruiting additional professionals for the practice. "The new building is absolutely wonderful and I am confident that the facility will have a fundamental impact on the community, as well as a useful vehicle for attracting and retaining the finest physicians," added Dr Mazen.
To tie in with its renovation and expansion program, the new Al Mousa Medical Centre has recruited three new physicians to its team, all of who have been trained in Germany's and France's top teaching hospitals in the following specialties: Paediatric & Nephrology, ENT and Cosmetic Surgery.
The full renovation program at Al Mousa Medical Centre is scheduled to be complete in March 2003, offering patients a one-stop healthcare hub, as well as some of the most advanced medical facilities available in Dubai.
