Emirates Palace seeks to lure US tourists

The Emirates Palace Hotel has been successful in marketing the luxury property to the leisure and business travel market in the US, according to Hans Olbertz, the hotel's general manager. The hotel recently held a series of roadshows in major US cities with the aim of promoting the hotel. According Olbertz, the US travel and tourism officials have welcomed the increase in direct flights from the US to the UAE. He said Etihad Airways was also planning more flights in future.
