Nathalie Turpin, Regional Director of Marketing, Hilton Hotels, Arabian Peninsula & Indian Ocean, said:
"The Hilton Mini Breaks product proved to successfully resonate with families in the region. Its launch last year boosted our leisure product business in Arabian Peninsula & Indian Ocean by 20%. This year with the broad spectrum of brands on offer combined with our signature family-oriented benefits, customers can look forward to inspirational escapes at every budget."

The 2008-09 edition follows the successful debut of its inaugural issue last year and provides details on cities, spas, coastal resorts and countryside locations to inspire the perfect mini break for every family.

Hilton's first international short-break leisure product is available across 180 Hilton Family Hotels in over 95 cities and 35 countries in the Middle East, Indian Ocean, UK and Europe. For the first time ever, the prestigious Waldorf=Astoria Collection will participate with Qasr Al Sharq, and the newly rebranded architectural masterpiece Rome Cavalieri. Broadening the appeal will be the contemporary luxury offerings of Conrad Hotels, including Conrad Cairo, the upscale, full service brand of DoubleTree by Hilton and the mid-market option, Hilton Garden Inn.

Hilton Mini Breaks offers enhanced benefits for the family throughout the duration of their stay. The program enables children under 18 to stay for free in their parents' room, or in a separate room at 50 per cent discount. Children up to the age of 10 years can also eat for free at the hotel's restaurants, when accompanied by adults.

Weekend getaways are more enjoyable with the availability of late weekend checkout until 6.00pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 'lazy breakfast' until 11.00am during the period.

Furthermore, Hilton HHonors members who register at HiltonHHonors.com/minibreaks and book online will be able to earn 2,500 bonus points per night, with a limit of 5,000 points per stay, for any eligible stay at a Hilton Family Hotel that includes a Saturday night. The promotion will run from October 1st until December 15th.
