Tanmiyat Group 'Platinum Sponsor' of Cityscape Dubai 2008

In its seventh year, Cityscape Dubai is the largest business-to-business real estate investment and development event in the world. This year's event will see Tanmiyat showcasing one of its boldest endeavours yet, the prestigious $3bn Ajman Marina development, its infamous and prestigious Living Legends project that is considered one of the UAE's key tourism and investment attractions, featuring a variety of recreational facilities and residential units, all within a thematic park setting, as well as allowing the public a 'sneak peek' at its newest project, two impressive twin towers, which will be launched in the near future in the world-renowned Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC),

The $3bn multi-purpose Ajman Marina project, which is being constructed in two phases over the next five years, is the 'jewel in the crown' of Ajman, and aims to transform the emirate into a popular world destination for tourism, residence and business. The Ajman Marian project will provide residential accommodation for 21,000 new residents, in addition to a number of commercial and entertainment areas. Units in the project, which is scheduled for completion by end of 2015, are available to all nationalities on a freehold basis.

The luxury DIFC Towers will be situated within the Dubai International Financial Centre; two elegant skyscrapers that will have the distinction of being the tallest in the DIFC. The two towers (East Tower 100 storeys and West Tower 75 storeys) will comprise a mix of office units, residential units, commercial space and hotel space, and Cityscape Dubai will offer the public the first-ever glimpse of the ambitious project.
