Dubai Customs sponsors the largest mass wedding for people with special needs

Following the initiative of HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoom, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, a national mass wedding involving more than 100 couples will be held in Dubai for people with special needs for the 3rd year running.
Accordingly, Dubai Customs will contribute with Dhs 500k to this charitable event and become a silver sponsor.
This contribution on behalf of Dubai Customs is in line with the Directorate's policy of supporting social initiatives and charitable work within the society. Dubai Customs is totally committed to public welfare and programmes that target every single individual in our society in order to achieve total development for all our people in accordance with the directives stipulated by HH Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashid Al Maktoom.
The wedding is going to be organized by Dubai Special Sports Club and Arab Family Organization.
At the end of the signing ceremony Ms. Iman Faris made the following statement to the gathering "I am overwhelmed with joy to be involved in such a great and noble event and have the chance to contribute to its success". She also added "I am honoured to be working hand in hand with a well-established organization such as Dubai Customs which has a notable history of valuable contributions to social and economic development in Dubai".
