The Jordanian Engineering Association will contribute in increasing awareness of the project through mass media vehicles such as E-mails, text messages, and the allocation of advertising spaces in all of the association's printed materials in addition to its website.
Wael Al-Saqqa, President of the Jordanian Engineering Association, stated:
"The Jordanian Engineering Association involvement in this project aims to contribute to the national effort targeting road accidents and prevention tools. We will offer all possible support for the project being a part of the national structure to serve the interests of the country and the citizens."
Enaam Barrishi, the Director General of RHAS, said:
"KAFA project, which is being implemented through the Royal Health Awareness Society in cooperation with the public and private sector, civil society organizations and other media institutions, aims to reach to citizens to spread traffic awareness in Jordan and to emphasize on the national responsibility that everyone should consider in order to protect citizens and their properties."
At the end of the event, Mrs. Barrishi expressed the Royal Health Awareness Society's appreciation to the Jordanian Engineering Association for their cooperation to support the "KAFA" campaign.
KAFA is one of the Royal Health Awareness Society projects, and was launched by her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah aiming to spread traffic awareness between citizens to influence their behaviors on the streets and motivate them to drive responsibly.
