Since inception in 2006, Manazel Real Estate has launched four major projects in the UAE and Jordan, with overwhelming demand. Of the four projects Manazel Real Estate has launched, Building Material City which was launched in 2006 and now re-branded as 9712BMC "The Nation's Destination", is nearly sold out and construction is well underway in three major phases. At our Al Reef Villas development, the first phase is progressing on target with the first phase of villas due for completion Q2 2009. The remaining three phases will be completed by early 2011 according to schedule. Dunes Village in Dubai is on track for completion in early 2009, and at our Amman Gardens development in Jordan progress is underway. The combined cost of these four projects totals approximately Dhs11bn.

Manazel Real Estate is also pleased to announce at Cityscape Dubai 2008 its new commercial development "The Executive Tower" in Jeddah. Representing a masterpiece in architectural design, The Executive Tower will offer a new standard in commercial real estate in the city of Jeddah. With a built-up area of 42,000 sqm, the executive Tower comprises 50 floors of offices, including 8 levels for parking and retail.
