Sybase Middle East, a recognized global leader in delivering enterprise software and services in the e-business market space - has announced today the expansion of its presence in the Middle East through forming a strategic partnership agreement with Techworld, the Information Technology arm of the Al-Ghannam Group - a leading business house in the region and one of the largest global software companies.
