The newest hotel in Dubai has opened its doors to guests today with The Address, Downtown Burj Dubai, developed by Emaar Hospitality Group, bringing to the city a new luxury hotel experience defined by a spectacular location advantage, tangible guest benefits and superior service standards.
At an imposing 306 meters in height, the 63-storey hotel is located at the heart of the most prestigious square kilometre on the planet. The hotel is the first and flagship property from Emaar Hospitality Group's home-grown brand, The Address Hotels + Resorts and is the second tallest tower in Downtown Burj Dubai, next only to Burj Dubai, the world's tallest building.
The contemporary hotel has 196 rooms and suites, and a rich array of amenities that appeal to both business and leisure travellers. Wearing an elegant cladding, the striking architecture is reminiscent of the art deco era and the tower is creatively illuminated at night.
