RTA honours the 'Customer of September' to mark the International Literacy Day

In recognition of the importance of customers, and as part of its ongoing efforts to provide level best services, Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) honoured Mr. P. S. Andanan with the Customer of September Award in an event to mark the International Literacy Day.

Laila Ali bin Hareb, Director of Customer Service Centers Dep't at RTA Corporate Support Services Sector, said:
"The Award stems out of the importance we attach to customers and aims to ensure permanent & fruitful interlinks between customers and Main Customer Service Center employees. Our employees spare no effort to deliver top quality services to customers in order to save time & effort, and win customers satisfaction."


The honouree of September Award, P. S. Anadan, said: "This decoration is a source of pride and motivates the customer to be more loyal to the RTA. RTA recognizes the role of customers and seeks to provide them with classy services. I'm pleased with the level and range of services rendered and the quality of employees at the Center; all of which reflect the civilized image of the RTA. It also gives me great pleasure to express my confidence and appreciation of the management of Customer Service Centers Dep't in general and Main Customer Service Center in particular".

The event was attended by Laila Ali bin Hareb, Director of Customer Service Centers Dep't, Rehab Bu Humaid, Acting Manager of the Main Customer Service Center and a number of employees at the Center.

Apart from this event, another event took place in Deira, where "Our Customer" Award was awarded at Deira Licensing Center by Mohammed Abdul Kareem, Director of Vehicle Licensing Dep't at RTA Licensing Agency, accompanied by Mayed Al-Badwawi, Customer Service Officer at Subsidiary Customer Service Centers. Customer satisfaction ranks among the top priorities of the RTA and plays a crucial role in pointing to the distinctive successes of the organization. The Award demonstrates the keen attention of the RTA to provide top class services to its valued customers.
