Sherwoods to hold 20th anniversary celebration during Cityscape Dubai 2008

To commemorate two decades as a top-selling real estate company, Sherwoods has prepared a formidable line of A-list properties to be showcased during the prestigious annual networking event, designed to highlight Sherwoods' strong reputation as one of the most trusted names in the region's real estate market.

Cityscape Dubai 2008 will serve as the perfect venue to celebrate another Sherwoods milestone as all major stakeholders of the real estate industry are expected to take part in what is considered the largest business-to-business real estate investment and development event in the world. Now running on its seventh year, Cityscape Dubai will be held at Dubai International Exhibition and Exhibition Centre from October 6 to 9, 2008.

At least 10 premium-class properties have been incorporated in Sherwoods' anniversary exhibition, offering a diverse mix of plush residential developments and world-class commercial facilities. The G Tower and other projects will form part of Sherwoods' portfolio in the spectacular $5bn mixed-use development City of Arabia that will be offered during Cityscape Dubai. Sherwoods will also highlight during the exhibition the Seasons Community, a prestigious residential neighbourhood in Jumeirah Village South.

A number of developments in Dubailand have also been included in the mix such as the SIT Tower in Dubai Silicon Oasis, the Soccer Tower in Sports City and the Liwan project. The showcase also covers world-class beachfront developments with the inclusion of Pier 8 and Ice, which are destined to become landmark residential destinations in Dubai Marina. Another prominent marine-themed project joining the exhibition is the mixed-use tower complex Royal Bay in Dubai Waterfront.

Sherwoods has also prepared a distinct line of properties in Ajman and Abu Dhabi, headlined by the Marina Rise, a luxury residential tower being built in Abu Dhabi's Al Reem Island. Also taking the spotlight is The Crest, high-rise residential towers that are poised to light up the skyline of Marmooka City, the Business Bay of Ajman.
