The seventh edition of Cityscape Dubai will be held from 6-9 October at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. More than 1,000 exhibitors and 60,000 visitors including real estate professionals from over 130 countries are expected to participate in the event.
The Sama Dubai stand (3H20) will specifically spotlight its Urban Development brand represented by the $3bn Amwaj project in Morocco, which will provide a modern lifestyle within an authentic North African environment..
The $1.1bn Salam Resort and Spa-Yiti, which reflects the Salam brand's mission to be one of the finest integrated, luxury resort developments in the world, will also find pride of place at the Sama Dubai stand. Additionally, the 'Dubai Towers' brand, which aims to deliver a holistic corporate experience, will be showcased through the 'Dubai Towers- Dubai' project.

The Tunisian Government recently approved the masterplan for the $25bn Med Gate project where infrastructure work has been rapidly progressing since December 2007. Scheduled for completion in 14 phases, the project is designed to host international firms, several premium luxury hotels and a series of diverse recreational and sports facilities. Upon completion, Med Gate is expected to generate further economic opportunities and facilitate growth in tourism and allied sectors.
Sama Dubai recently announced the successful completion of over 95% of work on the waterfront (water-edging) at the 70 million square feet The Lagoons project. Comprising seven beautifully landscaped islands, the development will offer an inspired landscaped surrounding enhanced by a plethora of tranquil waterways, open parks and green belts, all in a natural habitat setting.
With 70% reclamation of the royal island for Salam Resort Bahrain completed, the conference centre, a vital component of the project is scheduled to come on stream for the 2010 GCC summit. Other key components include the five-star deluxe hotel, spa and wellness center, as well as a vibrant retail souk.
Faraidooni added:
