  • PRESS RELEASE

Victory Heights Golf Residential and Development LLC, the joint venture between Bahrain-based investment bank, Arcapita and Dubai Sports City will release their final 150 villas at Cityscape 2008 - all set within the greens of the Ernie Els designed 'Dunes' Golf.

Yasser Al Raee, General Manager, Victory Heights, says:
"Lifestyle development has taken-off in the UAE as investors become increasingly attracted to exclusive amenities on offer within this nature of development. Victory Heights, set within a mini-metropolis dedicated to sporting pursuits, takes lifestyle-living to a new level. The project incorporates a signature 72-par golf course, David Lloyd Tennis Academy and Butch Harmon School of Golf close by, along with a host of other sporting facilities, catering to young and old, amateur and professional."

The fact that the Sport City concept is a first-of-its kind worldwide has been a driving force behind our ongoing sales success to investors across the globe. The development has over 40 nationalities of homeowners, many of whom will be moving into the first batch of completed villas beginning of November 2008.

Newly appointed Deputy General Manager for Victory Heights, Mohammad Shadid says:
"Sports, entertainment and leisure are the cornerstones of Dubai Sports City. Victory Heights provides an exclusive community of 964 villas and townhouses within this incredible setting, where homes occupy just 18% of the 25 million square feet of land."

"We look forward to handing over out remaining villas within the course of 2009/10," he adds.

Cityscape 2008 will take place from 6th till 9th of October 2008 and Victory Heights will be exhibiting within the Dubai Sports City stand which will be located in Hall # 7, stand 7G20 at the Dubai International Exhibition Center.
