- PRESS RELEASE
In response to feedback received since their local website, www.royalcaribbean-arabia.com, was launched in February this year, Royal Caribbean International's Middle East regional office in Dubai has added further enhancements to the site.
Frequently Asked Questions covers a multitude of queries that have been raised in email responses generated through the website by potential first-time cruisers who are not familiar with the concept of cruising as a holiday choice. Golf-playing internet surfers clicking through to the Golf Ahoy section will discover that they can practice their swing in over 40 golf courses in destinations like the Caribbean, the Bahamas, Mexico, Bermuda and Hawaii. And, for Royal Caribbean's past sailed guests, the Loyalty Program reveals how Royal Caribbean recognises and rewards members of their "Crown and Anchor Society".
In addition to these new enhancements, the website has also been updated with deployments for 2003 including new cruise schedules in the Mediterranean next summer. One of Royal Caribbean's newbuilds, the "Brilliance of the Seas", will be deployed on 12 night roundtrip cruises from Barcelona, Spain offering a combination of visits to ports of call in the Western and Eastern Mediterranean.
Commenting on the recent enhancements to the local website, Ashok Kumar, regional sales support manager said: "Feedback received since the website was launched earlier this year has exceeded expectations and endorsed our belief that a site catering to the local arabian market was needed, now with the new enhancements we hope that we have satisfied the demand for a one-stop shop."
Royal Caribbean International is a global cruise brand with 16 ships currently in service and three more under construction or firm order.
