Billy Rautenbach, Director of Operations, gears up for Fresh Fridays.
From Friday 10 October, offices at Jumeirah Beach Residence and on Sheikh Zayed Road will be open from 10am to 4pm.

To coincide with the extended opening hours, the concept of Fresh Friday's will launch. Fresh Fridays will see the offices showcasing the freshest residential sales and leasing property stock every Friday, giving clients visiting the offices, an opportunity to see the very latest properties first.

The move to incorporate Friday into its office opening hours is the first of any realtor in the UAE and is designed to provide a greater level of service and flexibility to clients.

Speaking of the launch, Billy Rautenbach, Director of Operations at Better Homes said:
"Friday is a wonderful day to buy property. During the week some of our clients do not have the time to call or visit us and the weekend is the only time they have to deal with property matters, we hope that by opening our doors on a Friday, we can make the property process little bit easier."

As the Dubai real estate market switches its focus to end users, Better Homes recognizes the need to adapt its operations to fit in more with end user requirements, with Rautenbach going on to say; "Finding a home is one of, if not, the biggest challenges for people living in Dubai and it's only right that the necessary expertise is available to them at a time that is convenient, and when they can clearly focus on the matter in hand without distraction."

Fresh Fridays will launch from 10 October 2008 at Sheikh Zayed Road and Jumeirah Beach Residence offices, opening hours: 10am to 4pm. For further information, please call 04 344 7714.
