Delegation from Kazakhstan visits Department of Finance - Government of Dubai

A delegation from Kazakhstan Ministry of Finance headed by Mrs. N. Korzhova; Executive Secretary of the ministry visited the Department of Finance - Government of Dubai.
One of the most important aims of the visit was the exchange of expertise and to review the pioneering experience of Dubai in shifting from the cash accounting system into accural, and from cash budget into performance one. These applications followed by the Department of Finance contributed in increasing the benefit of the available governmental resources and in the transparency of governmental financial systems as well.
Among the other aims of the meeting was to introduce means of putting budget plan, financial transaction systems, and other systems applied by the Department.
About that meeting, Mr. Al Shehi says: "It is always our pleasure to receive delegations from different countries in order to demonstrate our expertise in the various financial fields. Surely this strengthens our position and betters our relationship with other countries."
Meantime, Mrs. N. Korzhova expressed her happiness after visiting the Department of Finance and her admiration of the witnessed development. Also, she clarified that the meeting was a great opportunity to be introduced to most innovative systems applied by the Department. Moreover, Mrs. N. Korzhova ended the meeting with a desire to have future cooperation with the Department of Finance - Government of Dubai.
