New iconic Abu Dhabi towers to be unveiled at Cityscape Dubai

Carina Views is poised to be a flagship development for NREC, in projects that feature ecologically-sustainable design, and significantly enhances the company's real estate portfolio of high-end assets. The four towers are situated on the master development of Najmat, Abu Dhabi, a mixed use development that aims to maintain high standards of parks and environmentally friendly landscaping.

The project was undertaken by the internationally respected architects KEO International Consultants who have an established presence in the United States and the GCC region.

He explained that KEO has incorporated a classic feel into the architecture of the building that is also cutting edge and modern. Standing at 25 stories, the four residential towers are strategically located at the entry to Reem Island approximately 300 metres from the Abu Dhabi mainland. The towers are close to the city's seafront and unique retail experiences including proximity to what will be one the largest malls in the region.

The sustainable design of the four residential towers ensures the construction minimizes the negative impacts on the environment. The developers have ensured the towers are surrounded lush landscaping. Care has been taken to bring elements of nature onto the podiums and into the lobbies as well.
