The 26 attendees consisted of Sales Directors and Regional Managing Directors, including the first five of eight new Sales Directors appointed that will begin work in the UK, Scandinavia, Mexico and China.

Amongst the Regional Managing Directors were Mike Berry (ExecuJet Middle East), Alastair Creighton-Jones (ExecuJet Australia) and Ettore Poggi (ExecuJet South Africa).

The aim of the conference was to allow all Directors to share their knowledge and years of experience with each other and to learn from the different approaches and methods used around the world.

It was also a chance for the new Sales Directors to gain ideas and integrate themselves into the company.

"We need to share our experiences so we can share solutions."

This is the approach that Andrew Hoy, Executive Director for Group Sales, believes will bring this expanding global company closer together.

The conference was also an opportunity for all members to be fully updated on the group policy and continuing strategy of ExecuJet.

"So much came from these four days together and each member of the team made an individual impact to the group, it was perfect," continued Andrew Hoy.

"It has given us all a better understanding of the individual demands and needs of our global team and will help me to ensure they continue to have the right tools to maintain success in the market."

During the four days all Sales Directors were asked to speak about their own regional experiences, and to gain insight from others.

There were also motivational speakers and speeches give by experts on various topics of the aviation market.

Nick McHaffey, Head of Pre-Owned aircraft sales was sharing his experiences and Paul-Justin Schilling, Head of ExecuJet's new ownership program SimplyFly was giving an update on his successful side of the business.

The conference was not just a chance to talk business though, it was an opportunity for employees from opposite continents to get together and build relationships both professionally and personally.

"We are very happy that this ExecuJet conference has been a great success, and is also showing immediate results in terms of aircraft sales opportunities," commented Andrew Hoy upon his return, "I'm positive we will be repeating it again in the future."
