French delegation in Dubai to discover Cityscape Dubai 2008

The French Trade Commission - UBIFRANCE in Dubai welcomed a high-level French delegation from the Ile de France region - Paris.
The goal of this visit is to identify current significant projects and meet with the main actors of real estate development in the U.A.E. and the G.C.C. countries to discuss the possibilities of extending their work to the Gulf region. The delegation also wants to discover more about Dubai's success in real estate and learn about its winning strategy. And to study the possibility of establishing a French pavilion, next year in Cityscape Dubai 2009.
A program of four days during which the French delegation will visit and attend:
- Presentation of Dubai Land.
- A visit and introduction to the Define Properties Group.
- A meeting with important actors of the field.
- A presentation of the Nakheel Group.
- A presentation of the Dubai World Central Group.
- An introduction to the Sama Dubai Group.
- An introduction to the S2 Group.
The visit will also consist of a stop in Abu Dhabi, where the delegation will meet the managers of the TDIC. The delegation members will also attend a presentation on Abu Dhabi's strategy before ending their visit by a tour of the Abu Dhabi airport. This visit stems from the high importance of projects in the UAE for French companies and decision makers.
