Manazel Specialists' professional sales team will undertake the sales and customer service management of all Manazel projects in the United Arab Emirates and abroad during the event. Over the past year, Manazel Specialists has shown tremendous growth, with its sales for Manazel doubling in 2008 compared to 2007, achieving a 100% increase.
"Our participating in Cityscape comes in accord with our strategy to market our projects as some of the highest quality products that exist today, and to prove to all participants and visitors that Manazel is a serious and committed developer ready to take the UAE's real estate sector to the next level of service excellence,"
said Moosa Al-Hashemi, chief commercial officer of Manazel Specialists.
Manazel participated in Cityscape last year where they displayed Al Reef Villas and Al Reef Downtown, both of which proved to be very popular and became a main point of attraction for all officials, participants and attendees of the exhibition. The Al Reef Villas project is considered the first planned community in the UAE that targeted the middle-income tier of the population and is located near Al Raha beach in Abu Dhabi. It offers 2,376 elegant, affordable villas in four different themes - Mediterranean, Desert, Contemporary and Arabian. The project, which covers a total area of over 1,000,000 square meters, will be completed in 2010.
Manazel's 'Dune Village Complex' targeted corporate buyers and is located at Dubai Investment Park; it covers a total area of over 460,000 square feet, with 19 mid-rise towers, housing 950 apartments. The village will be ready for possession within the first quarter of 2009.
Manazel's third project, 9712 Building Materials City (BMC) in Abu Dhabi, which is the new nation's destination located in Mohammed Bin Zayed City. The BMC will feature several different zones including a commercial zone, which will contain 15 towers, each equipped with the latest technologies and conveniences to facilitate business; a residential zone, which will offer 17 residential towers spread throughout the development, and a shopping and hospitality zones, which will consist of a huge 100,000 square meters mall and an exclusive hotel.
Manazel's most recent project in Jordan, Amman Gardens, represents another step in the company's continuing vision to build high quality, affordable homes across the MENA region. It carries the same message as Al Reef Villas, a place where a community spirit is alive in the design of the buildings and reflected in the affordable rent.
"This will be our second phase of property launch in Jordan, as we already sold some units there last year," added Al-Hashemi. "We are also planning to announce a real estate project soon in Lebanon and Saudi Arabia, and future expansion destinations include Tunisia, Morocco and Egypt."
