Burooj Terraces unveils waterfront tower at Cityscape Dubai 2008

Burooj Properties, one of the leading Abu Dhabi-based property development companies and a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), has unveiled "Burooj Terraces", a 40-storey tower with 270 apartments including studios, one, two and three bedrooms and retail shops.

Other facilities at Burooj Terraces include amenities such as a multi-purpose hall, gym, a swimming pool, steam room and sauna, and dedicated parking spaces for both residents and shoppers.

The launch took place on the sidelines of Cityscape Dubai, currently being held at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre, October 6-9.

Burooj Terraces is a waterfront development located in the City of Lights on Al Reem Island. The location is approximately 25 kilometers from Abu Dhabi International Airport. Burooj Terraces offers magnificent views of the beaches on the island and the tranquil blue waters of the Arabian Gulf as well as of the sprawling greens of a landscaped garden.

Burooj's stand (ZH60), at Cityscape Dubai 2008 is located in Zabeel Hall. The stand features models of three new projects located on Al Reem Island, including Burooj Terraces, Burooj Crystal and Burooj Pearl, a 26-storey residential tower being developed near the Central Park on the Shams Abu Dhabi development on Al Reem.
