Zaya awarded "Most Luxurious Project in the World" accolade at Cityscape Dubai 2008

The editorial board of Newsweek announced last July the launch of this new award category entitled "The Top 10 companies that changed the face of real estate development for ever", which aims at recognizing companies that have effectively contributed to the development and growth of the real estate sector in the world. A panel of expert judges nominated the top 10 companies based on a set of criteria and a scientifically calculated evaluation mechanism to select the ten finalists.

Zaya, the newly formed dynamic real estate company in the UAE clenched first position after competing against a number of other players that have been qualified for the award.
