Commenting on the quality of interest in his company's projects, Sheik Abdullah bin Fahid Al Shakrah, Chairman at Al Hanoo Holdings, said:
"Cityscape Dubai formed a good opening for us to present our project and meet with investors and real estate developers from around the world. The huge interest that various local, regional and even international companies have shown in the project has further proved our view that this project will become an Emirati project with an international front, which will give unique opportunities to companies seeking profit and sustainability at the same time. The project will also present the emirate of Sharjah as a prime spot for family tourism."

Our recent project, Emirates Industrial City, which has sold most of its plots, established a strong basis for this reputation amidst strong competition in the market. We are now focusing our efforts regarding this project on reaching our goals and helping the project advance."
