During the exhibition, UKS and Plateau will be showcasing the Plateau Talent Management solution - software for developing, managing, rewarding and optimizing your organizational talent to increase workforce productivity and performance. Plateau will also demonstrate the latest version of its flagship talent management suite, which was announced last month at Plateau's annual user conference.
The current release of Plateau Talent Management Suite 5.8 includes an expanded Talent Profile that captures additional information from Plateau Talent Management and employee social interests and communities; dynamic Talent Pools that enable advanced talent and succession planning; a fully integrated report designer that allows users to create interactive reports using a visual design environment; and enhanced global commerce capabilities that provide full support for multiple currencies.
Mr. Hadi Shaheen, UKS Enterprise Division Manager, said:
"The current dramatic changes in the workforce demographics and its associated learning aspirations demands better solutions for nourishing organizational talents and bridging the skills and experience gap. As such, organizations across industries are pushing for a radical transformation in the way they manage and develop their talents."
"This event will give us the opportunity to demonstrate to the attendees how the Plateau solution can manage learning, performance, career, and succession within your organization and aid in transforming your workplace into a top-notch learning organization," Shaheen added.
Mr. Steve Curtis, Channel Director of Plateau, will be giving a presentation on Monday, October 13, 2008, titled: "Talent Shortages: How to make the best use of In-house Talent". The presentation looks at the Talent War and provides a view on how companies can effectively manage existing Talent. At the same attendees will understand more about the potential pitfalls of badly implemented Talent Management strategies and will be able to recognize possible challenges within their own businesses.
