Offices in the UAE are only using half of the available space, say experts.
But as the rent for offices continues to rise, new solutions are coming on the market to create comfortable work areas in almost any environment.

A new concept called 'Connect' by BP Ergo is now available in the UAE exclusively through OFIS, a division of Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group.

The radical new office furniture system allows a swift installation process and unique cable-management design.

"Office space across the UAE is at a premium, but many companies are not using the best possible use of the space that they have available, often wasting even as much as half of it."

said Ajai Dayal, General Manager - Retail and Marketing, Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group.

"We are happy to introduce the Connect range from BP Ergo which now creates a comfortable working environment while utilising the maximum amount of space through efficient design."
Ajai Dayal said.

BP Ergo's mission is to design a 'smart office' by creating exciting work environments through modern design.

The elegant photo-frame panels and burnished aluminium trims also give the Connect range a sleek, fashionable look.

"The most important trend in the UAE lies in office layouts and work flows. In today's work environment teams come together, break up and regroup depending on which projects they are working on. We have created an ideal design-solution which suits an open plan office."

said Gita Piramal, Chairman, BP Ergo.

The Connect range is constructed using a tile and frame system which allows companies to have far greater control of the design and feel of the office by offering the freedom to shape the desks and other furniture.

OFIS is the only UAE supplier of major international brands including Aresline, Ergo, INTERFACE, Benel, DVO, Dauphin, Samas, Parador, Zuco, and Bosse.
