QIB launches Internet Banking

QIB is pleased to announce the launch of its Internet Banking Service.

This new and innovative program, recommended as a strategic initiative of the bank's Board of Directors, is currently available for all QIB personal clients and will soon be accessible for the bank's corporate clients.

QIB launched the e-banking service in an effort to maintain its high client service standards in an industry experiencing rapid technological advances and unprecedented growth.

This new service will enable QIB to better serve its customers locally and around the globe.

The new e-banking service allows QIB clients to obtain balance and transaction histories on all eligible accounts, and to transfer money between eligible accounts with no restrictions on the number of transfers and pay utility bills.

In addition, a variety of other services are provided on-line in both Arabic and English languages.

QIB is strongly committed to protecting the security and confidentiality of its clients, and its programs are certified according to ISO standards.

Commenting on this technological leap, QIB CEO Mr. Salah Jaidah said,
"QIB consistently strives to provide the best service to its clients and e-banking will allow us to provide a more efficient and innovative service and in a very secure banking environment."


He added,
"E-banking is a business-added value project designed to provide QIB clients efficiency and flexibility when transferring money or checking balance and transaction histories on-line. QIB's Information Technology Department is committed to delivering excellence in information technology services to streamline QIB's business processes and to researching technology innovations so we may identify and implement new programs that better serve our clients."
