BCW is an EZW initiative designed to cater to short-term, fully equipped office-services requirements of companies and individual entrepreneurs, who are exploring business opportunities in the region.

BCW will be managed and operated by UK-based Regus Group, which is the world's largest provider of outsourced workplaces for companies and individual entrepreneurs.

The BCW facility was inaugurated by Salma Hareb, CEO of Economic Zones World and Paulo Dias, CEO of Regus EMEA. The event was attended by senior EZW and Regus officials as well as important members of the global business community interested in the region.

Salma Hareb stated: "As a customer-centric organization, we are constantly exploring ways to enhance and increase our range of products and services. BCW has been engineered with customers' need in mind. It's essential for organizations to have flexibility to accommodate surge in demand for office space. Few entrepreneurs seek the ability to explore markets without long term commitments. And many service providers win projects within town and need to have office space for a specific period of time. These requirements would be satisfied by BCW. Obviously our relationship with Regus stems from our view of global and long term partnership. With its established expertise in furnished office solutions, Regus Group is an ideal partner for this initiative."

Commenting on the first BCW facility in Jafza, Paulo Dias said: "We are delighted to be a part of EZW's forward looking BCW initiative. Through the first BCW facility in Jafza, Regus will be facilitating companies of all sizes to enter this market and seize new opportunities to run their businesses in this booming region, with office facilities adapted to their real needs. As part of our unique network of 950 business centres in the world, this new centre could now be the next destination of our 400,000 clients.

BCW will be operating a chain of such well-equipped, fully-furnished office centres across Economic Zones World group companies in the region and worldwide. The centres will offer round-the-clock work stations access with network connections, meeting and conference rooms equipped with top-notch visual and audio equipment and business lounges. BCW can also organise professional staff providing administrative and secretarial services upon request.
