Mr. Ebrahim H. Ebrahim, CEO and Board Member of the Bank, commented:

Aside from the basic services that our ATMs provide, we will soon be introducing Online Cash Deposits function through our new ATM at Seef Mall which means that customers will get the cash deposits credited to their account in real time instead of waiting until the next day."
The current services provided by KHCB's ATM include cash withdrawal, online cash deposit, cheque deposit and fund transfer. The services also include requesting detailed account statements, applying for checkbooks, and changing the personal Identification number (PIN) of the ATM card.
With the Bank recent move to the Bahrain Financial Harbour and the introduction of both its e-banking services and the new ATM machine at Seef Mall, KHCB is set to increase its customer base in Bahrain and provide the facilities and services required to match their customer's expectations. The Bank is focusing on selecting strategic locations which are in line with Bank's customers' profile.
