GOIC board conducts its 73rd regular session

With the presence of their Excellencies GOIC Board Members, representatives of GCC member states, the Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting (GOIC) conducted its 73rd Regular Session, yesterday, Wednesday, October 15, 2008 at GOIC premises in Doha. H.E. Eng. Ahmad Bin Hassan Al Theeb, Undersecretary for the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in the Sultanate of Oman, chaired the current session.
Also, in this meeting, procedures of approval by all GCC Member States were completed to renew for GOIC's Assistant Secretary General for Research & Information, H.E. Ahmed H. Dhaif, for four years.
It is worth mentioning that GOIC, founded in 1976, targets developing industries throughout GCC by means of providing, both the industrial and economic sectors, with distinctive knowledge, consultancy and technical services.
GOIC's mandate is to promote the highest levels of industrial cooperation and collaboration, in both the public and private sectors, by providing a complete set of high-quality, specialized research, information and consultancy services relating to industrial and economic development.
