The federal government's remarkable participation at Gitex this year reflects its strategy towards promoting a highly effective and enabling electronic work environment that guarantees efficient, timely and high quality services to end users.
The participating federal government bodies will leverage the leading regional technology event to enhance public awareness of its applied cutting edge technologies, including web-based applications and services platforms.
The Ministries of Presidential Affairs, Cabinet Affairs, Interior, Labour, Health and Justice as well as the Zakat Fund will host stand-alone booths at Gitex 2008, which will offer both public and industry visitors a perfect opportunity to better recognise the e-services provided by the UAE Government.
Gitex Technology Week 2008 will be held from 19-23 October at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre
