"We are really pleased to once again support Dreamflight and give the two young boys who have been chosen this year, the opportunity to be in daily contact with their families free of charge,"
said Mrs. Hussain.
"We have been informed that each year the children are delighted to be able to share the excitement of their days in London and Disney World with their families back in Bahrain. Many of the children do not have access to such convenience and must queue to use the public phones," added Mrs. Hussain.
Dreamflight, the British Airways-backed UK charity takes two seriously ill Bahraini children on a 'holiday of a lifetime' to Disneyworld, Florida each year. Established in Bahrain since 2000, the charity has sent 16 Bahraini children on holiday since its inception.
Batelco is a major contributor to health, education and social programmes in the local community and annually donates millions towards several worthy causes.
