The company, operating from the Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza), will provide comprehensive mailroom services such as: mail service, courier, mail room operations, sorting and storing, document scanning and verification and business center solutions to all EZW Group companies and their clients.
The joint venture was signed by Salma Hareb, CEO of Economic Zones World and Nabil Bin Salama, Chairman of PostaPlus.
At the singing of the contract, Salma Hareb said:
"Our business is focused on delivering high-quality services that effectively enable us to facilitate our clients and their businesses. To do this successfully, we constantly evaluate our own internal processes and operations to generate optimum solutions. EZ Post is a strategic initiative designed to streamline our mail and postal services to achieve greater efficiency, better quality and lower cost. At present, there are more than 25,000 mail service transactions done by Jafza per month creating a need for a consolidated structural organization. Based on its established regional presence, we have partnered with PostaPlus, who will serve as manager and partner for EZ Post to help us achieve best results."
Commenting on the venture, Nabil Bin Salama said: "We are delighted to partner with Economic Zones World. The roadmap chalked out for EZ Post is designed to provide faster, more flexible and reliable services to always better meet the needs of all users, private customers and businesses alike."

Our priorities over the next several years will include strengthening the new service model, enhancing quality of service, and modernization of services to suit EZW's continually evolving and multifaceted needs."
EZ Post FZCO will be accountable for all courier and postal requirements of Economic Zones World, its subsidiaries and their clients. Services include seamless tracking of transactions from pick up till delivery, faster processing of transactions by verification of documents prior to pick up and round-the-clock assistance to its clients via a toll-free and IT help desk.
