Sheraton Doha celebrated global customer service week

Sheraton Doha Resort & Convention Hotel recently organized a number of events for its associates and loyal guests to celebrate Starwood Hotels & Resorts' Global Customer Service Week.

The celebration which started from 06 October until 09 October 2008, commenced with a Cocktail Reception for the associates to honor and recognize the cream of the crop among the employees.

The following day, the General Manager, Mr. Gerhard Foltin, distributed rewards to Gold and Platinum Starwood Preferred Guest members as a token of appreciation for their continuous support and patronage to the Sheraton Doha Resort & Convention Hotel. This was followed by a cocktail reception hosted by Mr. Foltin himself for the long-staying and VIP guests. The hotel executive committee members as well as the Sales & Marketing team were all present during the event.

Concluding the week-long celebration, the hotel associates were treated with luscious and extravagant buffet lunch at the hotel's Oasis Cafeteria. Live entertainment complemented the festive ambiance during the luncheon.

"We will annually celebrate this week to express our gratitude to the excellent service our high-quality associates provide to all our guests. This celebration is also our simple way to thank all our delighted guests who for many years are all very loyal to our brands." Mr. Foltin added.
