eSolutions, which has been in the Middle East since 1998, has announced that it is planning to expand its presence in the region.

The group currently has approximately 400 network customers in the region and Turkey, including Etisalat, Adnoc, Dewa and DP World and is looking to expand its client base.

'Gitex is an ideal gateway to new channels and industry verticals. This year our focus is on providing new and existing customers with solutions that increase their business efficiencies and help them cut costs, a factor which is becoming more pertinent in light of the current economic situation globally,' said Group Managing Partner Gaby Matar.

Analysts IDC have predicted that the regional enterprise application software market will expand by 20% annually until 2011. A Gartner report also found that investment into CRM software grew 40% in 2007, with the global market worth over $8.1bn.
