Depending on the roaming partnership with the other operators, du provides post paid roaming, pre paid, data and 3G roaming services to the visitors roaming under its network. With du International roamers can easily access their Voice Mail, Customer Care and other services using the same numbers they use at home.
For assistance in getting local numbers, visitors may access du directory enquiry services by calling 199.
To roam with du, visitors must go to the network settings menu on their mobile, choose manual as their operator selection method, and then select 'du' or 'UAE03'.
