Eton Institute offers free workshops in Business Etiquette and Customer Service at Dubai Knowledge Village

Eton Institute, Dubai's leading institute of languages to offer free Personal Development workshops in 'Business Etiquette' and 'Customer Service'.

The workshops are aimed at individuals and businesses who wish to develop their interpersonal or organisational skills.

The free workshops were announced at the launch of the 2008/2009 calendar for Personal Development and Teacher Training workshops which will be conducted at Eton Institute's newly renovated auditorium in Dubai Knowledge Village.

Dr. Eli Abi Rached, Managing Director, Eton Institute, commented:

The 'Business Etiquette' workshop addresses the impact of establishing immediate rapport with potential clients or employers, and the importance of being in sync with your business environment. Participants learn to portray themselves professionally with verbal and non-verbal communications.

The 'Customer Service' workshop is focussed on building customer service skills that are vital to the success of a business. This workshop will assist participants in recognising their own needs, the expectations of their customers, and how to keep positively motivated to work toward the attainment of their company's commitment to improved customer relations.

Eton Institute can organise cost-effective workshops in Professional and Personal Development as well as Teacher Training, for schools and businesses which can be customised and tailored to suit specific requirements. Alternatively, participants can attend one of the many workshop topics offered regularly at the institute in Dubai Knowledge Village.

The 'Business Etiquette' workshop is scheduled for the 21 October 2008 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm and the 'Customer Service' workshop on the 28 October 2008 from 10:00am to 1:00pm. Entrance is free and based on registration,
