FVC signs new partner in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Google enterprise products

FVC, a leading Value Added Distributor (VAD) in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region, has appointed JEEL as its enterprise partner in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Google Enterprise products.

JEEL will offer the complete range of security and enterprise level products to the enterprises in the Kingdom.

The agreement was signed at FVC's stand at Gitex.

JEEL is an ISP and part of National Technology Group (NTG).

NTG is one of the biggest companies in KSA focused on ITES (IT enabled solutions) business.

Rashid M. Al Ballaa, CEO, JEEL, said,
"We are very pleased with this partnership and see great success for Google in the Kingdom. We will be investing in direct resources to promote Google's offerings to our existing enterprise customers in the Kingdom."


While Al Ballaa feels that it might be a challenge to get enterprises to adopt Google's online technologies, he is confident that the strong relationships JEEL and NTG enjoy with the enterprises in the Kingdom will make adoption easier.

JEEL will promote Google solutions to its existing 500+ customers.

Jesper Frederikson of Google was pleased with the appointment.

"This is a major step for us. The Middle East and Saudi Arabia in particular is an untapped market for us. It was important for us to find the right partner and I think that we have found this in JEEL. We will continue to support FVC to help grow this market."


This is the first partnership agreement between FVC and JEEL. Ahmed Yousuf, general manager for Saudi Arabia & Egypt at FVC, said, "JEEL and NTG group have a very strong customer base in Saudi Arabia and will help us to gain faster adoption in the enterprise sector in the Kingdom."

JEEL will begin with Google's security solutions and extend the agreement to other enterprise solutions offered by Google through FVC.
