The tower will be located at the fifth district of the Abdali area, around 100 meters from the Northern Abdali entrance, and is surrounded by four roads; it comes as one of 11 tower projects to be developed by different companies.
Built on an area of 2270mē, The K tower stands 137 meters high, consists of 36 floors (676-762 meters each) and 7 parking levels, that can accommodate up to 380 cars.
NORR Group, a Canadian design company with regional offices in the United Arab Emirates is designing The K Tower, while Sigma Consulting Engineers are the local consultants for the project. Consolidated contractors company (CCC) will be in charge of the construction management of the project.
"The participation in this exhibition is an opportunity to attract investors and present our investments and projects," Engineer Salfity concluded. More than 1000 international companies are participating in this gathering.
