Cayan awards Infinity and Silverene building contracts

Cayan Investment and Development's growing portfolio includes projects in Dubai, Egypt and Saudi Arabia with future plans to include Morocco and Lebanon.

Both contracts combined amount to over Dhs1.4bn. The construction progress has witnessed a great leap. Today the core of the Infinity Tower has reached the 3rd floor.

Infinity has recently received an International Architecture Award from the Chicago Athenaeum for its unique design. Infinity has won a total of 6 awards over the last 3 years.

Infinity, the 80-storey tower spirals in a smooth curve by astonishing 90 degrees, positioned to give a stunning view of the Marina area.

For Infinity, Cayan is also working with Drake & Scull on the MEP works for the tower, Khatib & Alami as the local consultants, Currie & Brown as the Project Management Company and SOM as the main consultant.

Silverene, the 35 and 26-storey towers, encompass all the benefits of waterfront living with a unique interior treatment, captivating glass and mirror effects which reflect the blue waters and maximizes the breathtaking view.

Cayan started its presence with a single project in the influential Marina Area in Dubai and now has a portfolio of 6 projects, 4 of which are already delivered. It has also gone beyond the UAE with landmark projects in KSA and Egypt.
