In addition, Saif will be in charge of monitoring and supervising the construction process for both temporary and permanent work and the coordination and direction of project tendering documents, whilst ensuring all contractors are compliant to best international practices and quality control.
Prior to joining BCC1, Saif was Director General of Landscaping and Public Parks at Muscat Municipality where he progressively improved the working set up at the design department to make it the most effective and efficient entity in the Municipality.
His work at Muscat Municipality has contributed to a number of International and regional awards and recognitions for the Cities of Muscat and Sohar, most notably the Arab Cities Organization Award for Best Architecture, Landscaping and Beautification projects, the two Cities have received. Besides other resorts and leisure projects designed in the Sultanate, one of his major achievements was the creation of the original concept design for the Wave Project in Muscat; including participation in the decision to adopt and implement the execution of the project.
