Nakheel opens first on-site sales centre at Al Furjan

The sales centre opening will be celebrated with a VIP event this Thursday evening, 23 October, which will be attended by His Excellency Sultan Bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman of Nakheel.

The on-site sales centre and show villas will welcome both existing and potential buyers to the Al Furjan development, giving them an important insight into how the development is progressing and a feeling for the location and ambience of this community-based development. By welcoming visitors on-site, Al Furjan can successfully promote the principles of community living, the basis on which this development is formed.

On this occasion, Mohammed Rashed, Director of Al Furjan said:

Al Furjan is set in 560 hectares and will boast over 4,000 homes when complete. The homes will be combined with apartments, hotels, and commercial and mixed use plots in the surrounding area. In total this will result in a day-time population of approximately 90,000 people.
