The Bahrain Financial Harbor outlet, as with all Mena Telecom's customer-care retail branches, will serve as a one-stop shop for all of its customer's telecommunication products and services needs. These include the soon to be launched MenaWiMAX solution which will provide a portable, high-speed wireless internet service and much more. Other services also include existing products such as Carrier Pre-Select which offers customers 30% lower rates than standard international fixed line calls; MenaTalk international calling cards which offers 80% lower rates and Two-way satellite and broadband services which have proven their speed and reliability time and time again.
Trained customer service representatives will be on hand to answer customer queries, assist customers who wish to subscribe to any of Mena Telecom's services; process bill payments and offer advice on all of the company's products and services. Mena Telecom retail outlets also stock the latest mobile phones at great prices for customers to purchase.
Mr. Al Khayyat commented on the opening, "Mena Telecom has come a long way since opening its first retail outlet almost two years ago. As we prepare to open a fifth outlet at the Bahrain World Trade Centre, we are ensuring that Mena Telecom's world-class telecommunication services become accessible to more and more customers every day."
Mr. Al Khayyat continues:
"We aim to provide the superior customer experience for both business and residential customers. Our plan for 2008 and beyond is to extend the reach of our services to every person on the island, while providing them with the most advanced telecommunication solutions available in the world today."
Mr. Abdul Razak Jawahery commented, "Mena Telecom is committed to being one of the market leaders in the telecom sector in the Kingdom. But given the huge strides it has taken during the past few years, and the development of the latest WiMAX solution in partnership with Motorola, it appears that Mena is making a mark on a global scale as well."
In addition to its outlets in GOSI Complex, KFH Automall in Sitra, Country Mall in Budaiya and Bahrain Financial Harbor, Mena plans to open an outlet at the Bahrain World Trade Centre. Mr. Al Khayyat said "The opening of these retails is in keeping with our promise of continued growth, expansion, and accessibility to every customer on the island. Furthermore, it shows our commitment to investing in the future of Bahrain."
With the launch of the WiMAX service almost in place, Mena Telecom is offering Bahrain residents real solutions that meet their business and individual needs. Mena Telecom is a licensed telecommunications company, and an investment subsidiary of Kuwait Finance House (Bahrain).
