He goes on to say:
"The new showroom is in an ideal location near the main road in the new industrial area and has already attracted a great deal of interest. We've had an excellent number of people coming through the showroom doors to visit us and see the vehicles. Business has been very good indeed. From my point of view the really great thing about is that we now have the space we've been needing to show off our terrific new vehicles to their best advantage and our customers are really appreciating that. Honda always sets very high standards for quality and I have to say that this new showroom fully meets those standards."
Honda Oman National Sales Manager, Paul Turner, is also clearly delighted by the new facility:
"Of course, this marvellous new building is an ideal showcase for Honda's cars and motorbikes. It's already generated a lot of excitement about the all new Pilot Grand Comfort Cruiser and I'm particularly looking forward to seeing the 2009 Civic here as well as the Jazz which is due in Oman in November. It's had fantastic reviews in the international press and I know it's going to be extremely popular here."
Honda is committed to development in Salalah and the showroom is just the first phase of its plans. "The market in Salalah is very important to Honda and we want to offer our customers here the best possible service. With this in mind we plan to open a new workshop alongside the showroom in the coming months," reveals the National Sales Manager. "At Honda we're committed to delivering the best quality possible to our customers - not just in terms of the top quality vehicles but in terms of all round service. With the opening of the new workshop on the same site we will be able to offer our customers a more convenient and efficient service and of course it will be staffed be a dedicated team that has been fully trained by Honda in Wattaya."
