Loyens & Loeff opens office in Dubai

Loyens & Loeff, an independent full-service law firm with its home base in the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Belgium, has announced that it has established an office in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) after gaining regulatory approval from the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA). This makes the company the first continental-European legal and tax service provider to establish an office in DIFC.

The new DIFC office will be Loyens & Loeff's 18th global office.

With over 850 lawyers including over 350 tax specialists and 100 fund lawyers working in seven offices in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg and eleven offices in the world's major financial centres, Loyens & Loeff is one of the largest continental European law firms and has a strong international focus.

The firm's services are ideal for large and medium-sized corporates, family offices, banks and other financial institutions, operating internationally.

The Dubai office mainly advises on international tax efficiency, investment protection, private equity, EU real estate funds and matters related to family offices.

The Dubai office consists of Dutch and Luxembourg Tax, Corporate and Fund lawyers.
