New uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) to protect communication and computer equipment from power grid disturbances
- United Arab Emirates: Wednesday, October 01 - 2008 at 10:06
- PRESS RELEASE
The range of UPSs presented at Gitex by French manufacturer Infosec UPS SYSTEM guarantees the protection of sensitive office and business equipment (computers, modems, servers, etc.).
Aimed at the Middle Eastern markets in particular, UPSs from the XPe SoHo and XPe Office Pro ranges provide ideal energy protection for office equipment, as well as an appealing design: they protect computers and networks (from 400 to 1000 VA), and phone, fax and modem lines.
They maintain a power supply to connected appliances when a power failure occurs; they are controlled remotely and easy to set up and use.
Their design is also worth highlighting.
The Everest range is the height of power protection for professional and industrial applications:
- The E3 series is a flexible solution for protecting network servers and associated equipment, with power capacities ranging from 750 to 3,000 VA.
Its On Line technology offers programmable output voltage and a flexible system of batteries.
The appliances are controlled via a complete and functional panel. Available as tower or rack configurations, they adapt perfectly to their environment.
- The E4 series is a protection solution for medium power industrial applications (1 to 20 kVA). Its On Line double conversion technology offers performance and reliability.
Lighter, smaller, and less noisy, it is very easy to use and maintain thanks to its highly intuitive control panel. The solution is modular and scalable by paralleling, redundancies, extending backup time, etc.
- The new PMxT UPSs provide maximum protection for strategic and industrial applications requiring a 100% guarantee of uninterrupted power supply. Providing 10 to 30 kVA in three-phase, they use a High Frequency On Line Double Conversion technology achieved with IGBT power modules.
They guarantee a low rate of input line current harmonics and improve the power factor. They make little noise and are easily activated without any risk of error.
Represented in over 90 countries, Infosec Communication has an office in Dubai to cover the Middle East.
