CNBC Arabiya sponsors Arabian Property Awards for the third consecutive year.
"It is important that we recognise and celebrate the achievements of this year's participants and winners, whose contributions are crucial for the vibrancy and success of the real estate sector in the region, especially with the increasingly headline-grabbing developments and a seemingly uninterrupted growth despite the global financial turmoil, but Dubai prevails to be the toast of the global property markets", Steven Hall, CEO of CNBC Arabiya.

The vibrant pace of growth and development of the industry has brought with it the challenges of a highly competitive environment. Over the years the awards have seen steady growth to accommodate and keep up with this unprecedented growth, and the support team has grown as well as the number of entries from across the globe.
The winners of CNBC Arabian Property Awards also get a chance to be qualified for the International Property Awards and a chance to be recognized internationally for their hard work, creativity, innovation and commitment.
