First Insurance offers roadside assistance in Jordan, Syria, and Lebanon

First Insurance Company has signed an agreement with Arabian Automobile Association of Jordan (AAA) to provide First's comprehensive care insurance clients with free roadside assistance through AAA.

This service covers a wide range of emergency cases individuals might encounter, including breakdowns, accidents and others. The company offers a towing service during such emergencies, which include fuel outage, flat tires, power downs, unlocking cars should the keys have been left inside. All the said services are offered around the clock.

On his part, Mr. Khaled Wazani, General Manager of First Insurance Company, said:
"Our offering this service to our clients attests to the fact that we have come to offer services that travel beyond traditional insurance coverage while retaining best practices when it comes to direct communication with our clients."


Mr. Wazani said this agreement also comprises roadside assistance for First Insurance's clients in Jordan, Syria, and Lebanon. He emphasized that the company was adamant on conducting this partnership with AAA due to their offering of quality roadside assistance. This service is the first of its kind in the Kingdom, and we have faith in their operational efficacy.

Mr. Abdul Rahim Kayed, CEO of AAA echoed Wazani's appreciation of the partnership with First Insurance Company, which is expected to become one of the leading insurance companies in Jordan.

"We are delighted here at AAA to supply First and its clients with our new roadside assistance in Syria and Lebanon, and we are certain that services provided will match global standards,"

Kayed said.
