Artparis-AbuDhabi holds more conferences

Two press conferences will be held, in Qatar on October 27 and in Kuwait on October 29, to present artparis AbuDhabi, just a few weeks before the fair takes place at the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi on November 17 to 21.
- "Art, Talks & Sensations," a symposium/performance conceived by Fabrice Bousteau, Chief Editor of Beaux-Arts Magazine. Renowned architects, actors, designers, DJ's, fashion stylists, writers, poets, museum directors, curators, art critics will debate about the theme: "What are the aesthetics of the Arab world today?"
- "Artparis-AbuDhabi Young Talents": 8 emerging artists represented by 8 galleries coming from 8 countries, to keep an eye-wide open on tomorrow's great artists.
- "Movement and Communication, Travels through Desert and Sea," a special exhibition of the greatest artists from the Arab world, curated by Amal Traboulsi.
- "Monumental Art Garden": a sculpture exhibition in the Emirates Palace gardens.
- Artparis-AbuDhabi Educational Program: lectures organized by Canvas Magazine on the subject of modern and contemporary art from China and the Indian Sub-Continent.
Last year, for its first edition in 2008, artparis-AbuDhabi generated sales of $15,867,000 and attracted 9,200 visitors and collectors in just three days. This year the organizers are expecting more than 15,000 visitors.
